In the Declaration of Independence our founding Fathers made it clear, OUR RIGTS COME FROM GOD. Therefore, man can not take our rights away. If we lose our rights, it is because we have relinquished them.
We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, (this refers to the citizens and those we place in government as this part of the Declaration is all about government) that they are endowed by their CREATOR with certainunalienable(Cannot be transferred) "Rights"...

In The First Amendment, you will find a restriction on government, and of all of the rights they acknowledged the very, very first freedom is of RELIGION:
Amendment I:
"Congress shall make no law (restriction on government) respecting the establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof"... (Freedom of religion)
Judges have NO jurisdiction to make decisions on religion. Why?
Notice what the fouding Fathers chose to say first in the Constitution
Article ONE, Section ONE, Paragraph ONE sentence ONE and notice Word ONE (Must be of most importance.
"ALL legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States (notice they went on to make it clear that the judiciary is restricted from making law) which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representative."  HOW CAN A JUDGE INTERPRET A LAW THAT CONGRESS IS PROHIBITED FROM MAKING?

What can we expect if we relinquish our right of religion? See this video.
